SimManager allows managers to practise professional conversations in a simulated environment. The AI interlocutor reacts in real time, and each situation can then be analysed and debriefed before moving to the field.

The journey, in four steps
Choose a situation
The manager selects the situation they want to prepare for: feedback, conflict, correcting course, change, among others.
Talk with the AI counterpart
The conversation happens in real time with an AI counterpart that reacts to their choices.
Read the debrief
At the end of the simulation, a debrief analyses the conversation and highlights what worked or didn't.
Prepare how to apply it on the ground
The manager takes away what to adjust before experiencing the situation with their team.
