For over fifteen years, I have worked in a demanding operational environment in the public sector. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in leading teams, supporting colleagues and making decisions under pressure. My work as an adult trainer also shapes my approach: understanding practical challenges, creating opportunities to practise and supporting progress.
I created MikApp Studio to put this experience at the service of two audiences: managers and companies on the one hand, and people preparing their own interview or professional conversation on the other. In both cases, the work is built on preparation, role-play, questions about your intentions and how you feel, and then refining your wording. I also designed SimManager, a simulation tool for practising difficult managerial conversations.
