I spent more than fifteen years in operational management: leading teams, supporting employees, training adults and handling situations that fit no procedure. That experience shapes the way I work today.
I work at the intersection of four fields: management, leadership, change leadership and artificial intelligence. The starting point is never the technology, but the real situation. I also designed SimManager, a simulation tool for managerial training.
