90 min · CHF 1803 sessions of 90 min · CHF 500

By video call or in person in Geneva.

Three situations you may recognise

For each one: the starting problem, the work involved and what you come away with.

Preparing a job interview

“I want to showcase my experience and answer questions without losing my composure.”

What we work on

  • Build an introduction that fits the role.
  • Choose real examples that illustrate your skills.
  • Prepare for difficult questions or sensitive points in your career.
  • Prepare the questions to ask the recruiter.

What you take away

A structured introduction, prepared examples, worked-through answers and a sheet for your interview.

Choose a format

Preparing a career request

“I want to ask for a pay rise, a promotion, training or a move, but I don't know how to make my case.”

What we work on

  • Define the request and the goal.
  • Identify the contributions and facts that support it.
  • Prepare how to open the meeting.
  • Work through possible objections.
  • Plan the next step if the answer is yes, later or no.

What you take away

A well-argued request, wording you have made your own and a next step to propose.

Choose a format

Preparing a difficult conversation

“I need to talk about overload, set a boundary or raise a disagreement, but I keep putting it off.”

What we work on

  • Separate facts, interpretations and emotions.
  • Clarify what you want the other person to understand or do.
  • Prepare a clear and respectful message.
  • Define a concrete proposal for what comes next.

What you take away

A conversation outline, a precise request and wording tested during the session.

Choose a format

The method, step by step

  1. 01

    Before the session

A short questionnaire clarifies the situation, the other person, the deadline and your goal.

  2. 02

    Prepare

We build the message and select the useful arguments or examples.

  3. 03

    Practise

We play out the conversation, then revisit specific moments, your intentions and how it felt.

  4. 04

    Adjust

You try other wording and decide what you want to keep for the real conversation.

Teaching example — not a client testimonial

Starting point

“I can't keep up with everything.”

Reworked wording

“With files A and B due on Friday, I can't fit C into the same deadline. Which priority would you like me to keep?”

A general difficulty becomes a precise situation, with a request for a decision.

What you take away: your preparation sheet

This is what the document you receive after each session looks like.

Fictional example · illustration only
Goal
Get a decision on this week's priorities.
Opening line
“I'd like to review my workload before Friday.”
Arguments
Files A and B due Friday · C requested for the same date.
Likely reaction
“Everything is a priority.” → propose an order and ask for sign-off.
Next step
Confirm the agreed priority in writing.

Not sure which option suits you?

Let's take 30 minutes to review your situation, clarify your goal and identify what you need to prepare your conversation.

After this review

  • A clear priority goal.
  • A first preparation lead.
  • A suitable next step, if support could be useful to you.

An exploratory conversation, free and with no commitment. It helps take stock; in-depth preparation and role-play happen during the paid sessions.

A manager's perspective. A trainer's approach.

In my roles as a manager and a trainer, I regularly face conversations that call for clarity, listening and a clear framework.

I help you prepare your point of view while anticipating the other person's questions and constraints. During role-plays, we revisit your words, your intention and the moments that trip you up, then try again differently.

Frequently asked questions

›Is one session enough?

Yes, for a well-defined situation. The three-session programme offers more practice and follow-up when needed.

›What should I prepare?

The situation, your goal, the date of the conversation if known and any useful material. For a job interview, your CV and the job ad help prepare the session.

›I am a manager: which support should I choose?

If you are preparing your own job interview, a career request or a conversation about your personal situation at work, the sessions for individuals may suit you. If your need concerns leading a team, delegating, a management decision or leading change, see the programmes for managers. The free first conversation helps identify the right format.

›Does the free review commit me to anything?

No.

›Is the outcome of my conversation guaranteed?

No. The support prepares how you approach the conversation; the final decision also depends on the other person and the context.
